Q?How do I retrieve my meal plan?

Meal plans will be posted every Thursday by noon for the following week. You can retrieve your current meal plan at anytime by logging in with your user name and password. Just click on the “Login” link at the top right hand corner of the page and put in the requested information.

Q?Can I switch plans?

Yes, you may switch plans at anytime; However, you must provide 15 days notice. In order to switch to a new plan, go to the “Contact Us” tab on the top right hand corner of your page. Fill out the contact form and put in the message section which plan you currently have and which plan you would like to switch to. Our support team will send you an email when the switch has been made (may take up to 15 days to convert you to the new plan).

Q?Can I access more than one plan at a time?

Yes, you are welcome to purchase more than one meal plan at a time. Just click on the plan(s) you want to purchase and fill in the necessary information. Depending on which plans you choose, you may have to set up a separate user name and password for each account.

Q?How do I add a meal plan to my account?

Click on the “How it Works” tab at the top of the page. Follow the instructions provided to set up or add on any new plans.

Q?How do I update my credit card information?

Login to your account and click on the “Billing Information” tab. Follow the steps provided to change your credit card information. If you change your credit card within 3 days of your billing draft date, the charges may still come out of the credit card you currently have on file.

Q?How do I change my account info (email, username, password)?

You can login at anytime and choose to change your account info. However, if you have lost your username or password, go to the “login” screen and select “I have lost my password” or “I have lost my user name” and follow the prompts.

Q?What are the differences between the three weekly plans?

Quick & Easy Classic Meals – This meal plan is meant for busy families or individuals that are looking for good, home cooked, balanced meal plans. Most meals offer a Meat/Seafood Entrée, Starch/Potato, Vegetable/Fruit Side, and a Suggested Wine or Beer Pairing.

Healthy Living – This meal plans is meant for individuals who are looking for a high protein, low calorie diet that has limited carbohydrates and sugar. This meal plan is very concentrated with Lean Meats, Fish, Vegetables, Legumes/Beans, and Raw Fruits.

DIY Catering – These menus are specifically for the Do-It-Yourself Party Planners! You fill out a short questionnaire about your party theme and we will create a custom menu to help you WOW your guests!
