Grilled Basil and Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Basil, fresh (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic, granulated
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1lb Pork Chops, bone-in

Note

Wine Pairing: Sauvignon Blanc

Directions

Step 1
Toss the pork chops with the lime juice in a bowl until evenly covered. Toss with garlic and basil. Season the chops to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stalk Celery (diced)
  • 1/3 teaspoon Dill
  • 1/3 teaspoon Garlic, granulated
  • 4.5 tablespoons Mayo
  • 1/3 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • .6lb Red Potatoes (cleaned and quartered)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Red Peppers (diced)
  • 3.5 tablespoons Relish
  • 1/3 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 9 tablespoons Sour Cream

Directions

Step 1
Cut potatoes in to quarters and place in a large stock pot. Fill pot with water and bring to boil on stove top until potatoes are not quite fork tender. Drain potatoes and run cold water over then in colander to cool them.

Steamed Broccoli with Garlic & Olive Oil

  • .50lb Broccoli Florets, Fresh
  • 2oz Olive Oil
  • 1oz Lemon Juice, Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, Minced
  • sprinkle Salt, Iodized

Directions

Step 1
Rinse broccoli and trim stalks till just florets remain.
Step 2
Place the broccoli florets in the strainer. Cover with a lid.
